Anyone experienced this?

I think i have allergies or something that causes me to have very thick mucus in my throat, sometimes jelly like. Last year ENT said maybe LPR, but it was summer months it got worse so who knows.
Anyway, recently I'll get a crackling low kind of sound on inhaling and exhaling occasionally but it can be cleared by a cough. It's audible to the point my partner can hear it. Its literally coming out of my mouth.

Not wanting to waste the GPS time so wondered if anyone had experienced the same or similar?

That sounds like a dairy allergy so eliminate cheese, yoghurt, milk etc for 2 weeks and see if your symptoms clear up...

Acid reflux is a possibility.

hayfever / asthma?
Have you tried taking antihistamines?
Dairy also makes me very phlegmy.

Hay fever is a possibility.

Try not to swallow it. Spit it out.

Thank you all so much.
I spoke to practise nurse who said sounds like allergic rhinitis and been prescribed Nasal steroids and antihistamines.

I'm going to try no dairy for a couple of weeks too and see if that makes a difference.
