Lump under eye

Hello!

Just noticed my 4 year old has a little swollen bit under his eye. Came up within the last hour or so, started as a tiny little lump and has turned into this.

I've given piriton to see if that helps but any ideas? He hasn't complained about hurting it, has been run down with the cold this week and had his pre school boosters today (although doubt that's it)

Any ideas?

Might be a stye. Warm/hot flannel usually helps.
