Thrombosed Haemorrhoids- started bleeding

Hi,

I’m so, so embarrassed of my haemorrhoids (Haven’t told anyone, apart from my GP I told years ago and she wasn’t sympathetic) I have got internal and huge external ones. I have them for years since I had my first son. On Saturday I had a BM and it’s was painful because of my external haemorrhoids and have been bleeding a little bit since. It’s bright pink/red every-time I wipe my bum. When I walk it’s painful and sore as the external haemorrhoids rubbed together. :( I don’t know If that’s causing it.

I am so worried incase it’s something more serious like bowel cancer. I have booked myself appointment with GP next week but I just realise I will be on my period. They couldn’t fit me in this week, they have limited it because of covid. As we have got very high cases here.

I am such a worry wart. Anyone can give me advice on how to care on haemorrhoids? Or experience with piles?

Thank you for reading!

Hi, I’m suffering at the moment. Currently in my third trimester with my 3rd baby. I tried getting to my gp but because of covid they won’t see me. I’ve been prescribed cream and suppositories but they are just getting worse. Did you get the help you need?
