I keep finding bruises on myself, but have no recollection of any bump. They're mostly on my arms or thighs, occasionally on my torso. Sometimes they're very dark with a distinct outline - look quite dramatic, but don't hurt at all unless I press directly on the bruise. Others are much fainter, with a blurry outline, and those are tender.
Is this something to be concerned about?
