Since having my children I have suffered with varicose vains down one leg and they are so prominent and large that I am too self conscious to wear swim wear or anything that shows the top half of my legs. It is also spreading down my calf as well. I have seen a couple of doctors and they have both advised that they no longer strip vains on the nhs and I would have to pay privately to get this done which I can't afford.
The doctors have given me stockings for my leg and offered advice but that's all. Does anyone have any advice or treatment that has been successful please?
