Have had periodic intense pain for the last week generally relieved by ibuprofen! Today pain came on suddenly when I lifted grandchild up . Got worThe pain has been awful and ibuprofen,co codamol and wine has now eventually eased it. Any ideas anyone? Pain worse when I look downwards.
