15 month old appetite loss - how long before going to doc?

Ds (15 months) had a really rotten cold last week that came on with very poor timing just after his MMR jab, which then developed into a nasty cough that is a bit better now. But he's barely eaten anything for 11 days now, just some readybrek or raisin wheats with milk in the morning, then nothing else all day except a little yogurt, very unusual for him as he usually eats tons. Drinking loads of water but is generally whingey and unhappy. I did take him to the doc at the height of his cough last week in case he had a chest infection, but he didn't. At what point should I be taking him to the doc again?
TIA

I would give it a few more days yet if he seems on the mend. DS 17 months had a really nasty cough/croup/cold a few weeks back and he didn't eat at all for about a week, then just tony amounts. One morning about 2 weeks after he got ill he ate 2 huge bowls of porridge, banana, toast - he ate a MASSIVE amount for a few days and then resettled in to his old usual eating habits. Try not to worry, it's early days - it's usual to lose their appetite when poorly.

Thanks for the reassurance Weegle. I'll hold off on the worry for a while then!
