I had a bottom molar extracted on friday. the dentist struggled to get it out and said he had to leave a tiny fragment in there as it just wouldnt budge. everyone is saying the oain should have stopped by now but im still taking painkillers. its not unbearable pain but its not pleasant either. it had like a strange white film over the cloth and now has something that looks kind of like a white cloud on top of it. almost looks like a tiny ball of chewing gum? is this normal or should i go back to the dentist?
