TICK BITE

Got this tick bite 16 days ago in Perthshire Scotland.
No symptoms or rash or anything like that.
However, The bite mark has not disappeared yet. I got the tic out in about 14 hours.
. Should I be worried?
Any help is appreciated!

Go to doctors and get a course of antibiotics. I don’t mean to scare but my friend died of Lymes disease and it’s not worth taking any risks

I had a tick bite that took ages to disappear. No rash either. I think it takes a while to heal because they’ve actually burrowed into your skin. Did you get the tick out fully without leaving any bits of it behind?
As it was in there for quite a while you need a course of antibiotics. It’s about six weeks worth of antibiotics too. Hopefully it didn’t carry lymes disease
