at what point to go back to the hospital?

I'm no expert but I think I'd just go back asap. Have you tried giving her small ice chips to suck on anything to get fluids into her? Sounds horrendous big hugs

Can you call the emergency Doctor out,
He could decide if she needs admitting for treatment & by-pass A&E.
I hope she's feeling better soon.

I would go back if her chest sucks in, under her ribcage when she breaths - its a sign of respitory distress. DD had this with bronchiolitis and needed steroids etc. No water for 24 hours doesn't sound good - may need Iv fluids - what did GP say? Poor dd and you.

Haven't seen you in an age YG. I'd take her back, or call out of hours if you know they are good (ours is). Do hope she is feeling better very soon XXX
