Breast pain

I was wondering if anyone has had breast pain for around 16 months.
I leaned over awkwardly and felt something pull or tear at the side of my nipple. Since then have had all kinds of pain and sensations in my breast. Had mammogram and ultrasound about a year ago and all clear. Seen physio and oestopath also had all different medication from gp. Nothing has helped and this whole thing has taken over my life, it's all I can think about.
Just wondering if anyone has had anything similar, I just don't know what else to do.

I had this with peri-menopause. I had never had breast issues before, even during my period, so it really made me crazy. HRT took it all away, thankfully.

Thank you for replying. I am new on here so not quite sure what I am doing 😂. I am not sure that mine hormonal as I can sleep on my front and shake my breast and not feel anything.
I have never suffered from health anxiety before and rarely visited the gp. This has affected me a lot and it has taken over my life 😢.
I am trying to be of the mindset that if it was anything sinister I would expect to have more symptons by now as it has been 16 months since it all began. X
