Heart Stress Test (Dobutamine stress echocardiogram )

I recently had a heart stress test using an exercise machine which I passed but now they want me to do a dobutamine stress echocardiogram,. I'm scared that what they inject into me will make me feel unwell or give me palpitations and a false result.

Has anyone ever done one, did you feel ok during and afterwards?

I've not had it but I'm waiting for the same thing and I am absolutely terrified.
Can I ask why you are having it done?

HI, I am having it because I'm getting a little bit breathless after climbing the stairs to my apartment (I'm over 50 and it's 72 steps) but also because I have an extrasystole. I've passed all the other tests they've done and they've found nothing, so this the last test just to be sure. Still scared though, more of the test than the results.
