Low body temperature after exertion

I've been feeling a bit under the weather for a while and have had numerous negative LF tests, so doesn't appear to be Covid related! Symptoms include feeling hungover without drinking alcohol, aching and having loose bowels every day (TMI). I've given in a sample to GP and have had general bloods done (waiting for results).

Today I notice feeling very hot and unwell after a small amount of exertion eg hoovering downstairs or putting out bins. Took digital temp (gun type thermometer) and it said 34.6 gradually rising to 36 over the course of 15 minutes of resting! 34.6 is obviously ridiculous but this was confirmed by several readings on forehead, chest and tummy. The same thing has just happened again this evening. Any ideas what is going on here? Temp currently 35.8!

Have they tested your vitamin B12 levels?

Thanks - hopefully included in what they have tested.

When I had covid I had both extra low and high temperature. Lows of 34 something, so I obtained a new thermometer, and same. Do a PCR test, as the LFTs are only useful for a limited part of the covid illness. Not too early or late on.

Thank you. I am getting tired after tiny bits of exertion so did wonder about Covid again ....
