I'm currently struck down with it! Been in bed since Sunday, in agony. Ive started penicillin today but obviously feel crap.
Anyway - obviously it's contagious, but I read somewhere that if it's bacterial and you take antibiotics it isn't anymore? How long is it contagious for?!
I'm trying to envisage a future where I don't have pus at the back of my throat and actually want to kiss my boyfriend, but I'm not passing this bitch along.
