Hi all, 4 weeks post section and beginning to feel pain at both sides of my scar.. hoping someone can tell me this is just everything healing. This is my second ELC. Memory fades quick and all that. I remember having a horrific infection last time but all looking good down there just now. I actually bought a baby carrier.. worn it a few times for 15 mins max but I’m worried that the weight of baby pushing down on the overhang has caused pain (sorry lol). Has anyone used baby carriers post section.. I’m worried now I have purchased this great thing that actually makes matters worse by putting pressure on overhang which maybe is causing pain.
whats people’s view is on exercise.. I’m thinking light exercise only for a good bit.. ?
