Antibiotics changing my smell

Hi please help i washout on clarithromycin 3 days ago and all I can smell is urine and taste ! My partner can’t smell anything and it’s driving me insane. I did some research and apparently antibiotics can do this !

Is it permanent ? Has anyone had this before ?

I've been on those quite a few times and it's definitely only whilst you take them. I can also get very intense nightmares but again, only during the time I'm taking them.
