Don’t suspose any body has any ideas on what this could be? It started off gradually a few weeks ago but it’s spreading . It’s not itchy , raised . Literally wouldn’t even know it was there it’s only because I can see it x

firstly I’m sorry I don’t know what it is, secondly it looks similar to what I’ve been getting for a bout 5-6 months, and due to health service access, I still have no idea what it is.
Can’t get dermal apt until mid August.
Have you any other symptoms? And have you shown a doc, even with a sent photo?
I get an general prickly itch sometimes, but this can be anywhere from face, ears, mouth and maybe on body or arm skin, but not really ever the rash.
Mine went down after a few weeks, disappeared for 2 months and came back again, now it’s starting to go again.
I’ve given up all meds I had been prescribed, changed wash powder etc… changed bedding to all natural, toning seems to have had any effect on stopping it.
Possibly it’s stress, have you considered that?
