I get very sore boobs for about 2 weeks before my period. I'm so fed up of it - they're very painful, I can't sleep on my front, running hurts, and wearing even the loosest crop top is uncomfortable.
I've already tried:
- Angus Castus (no effect whatsoever)
- B6 - for the first 3 months, it worked amazingly - boobs only slightly tender for about 6 days before period, but now, 6 months on, it's back to how it was before
- Magnesium glycinate - I've been taking this for a month alongside B6 and haven't noticed much difference. I'm also confused about which supplement I should be taking as there are so many.
Is there something I'm missing? I'm so fed up of living with this discomfort for 2 out of every 4 weeks. I've been to the Dr and he just suggested painkillers, but it's not sustainable for this long.
