Raised, red, slightly spotty rash on chin, anyone?

Have had this before but it is back. Have tried all the creams in the house as I must have had something for it last time. Was sure hydrocortisone 1% would work, but it's still there. Any ideas?

If it's muzzle rash, stop using all creams and just wash face with water only until it disappears.

yep water only or you could try camomile tea to dab on , it soothes nappy and dribbling/teething rashes very well and is very mild on babies skin
