Anyone got a daith or tragus piercing for migraine?

I have googled and both piercings seem to come up on searches. Has anyone had this and has it helped?? I have meds prescribed but having suffered Monday to Saturday this week I have had enough and dont want to have to have so much medication.

Yep, made zero difference. Cool piercing that I'd have got anyway so was worth a shot!!

I asked my physio who does acupuncture exactly this and he said it might work for ten mins initially but doesn't work long term. Can't remember exactly why but he did explain.

Yes - and it made no difference whatsoever.

Looks great and wasn't particularly painful but I've taken it out now.

I has it done. Made a massive difference to one side but none when I had it done for the other

I have read you are meant to have it done on the side the migraine is on but mines never the same side!
