Hi help so I was staying at my in laws and in the middle of the night I was haven’t chest pain and heartburn ( indigestion) so my husband told me to go down stairs and look in the cupboard as he was sure they had antiacids. It wasn’t until the morning that I saw I took rennie 5 years out of date!! My husband said they can’t go toxic they just become in effective. Help 😭
