Spots on my butt

This sounds gross and it's actually really embarrassing, but I have quite a lot of spots on my butt cheeks all of the time and they're soooo annoying!! Is there anything I can use to get rid of them?!

Try the Ordinary Lactic Acid 10%+ HA...been using it on my teenage daughters acne prone back for the last 3 nights and it's made a huge improvement to her skin. Its also really well priced (less than a tenner).

Is your loo seat clean?
Once had a boyfriend with spotty bum cheeks who had a filthy house pretty sure the loo seat had never been cleaned.
More fool me but he moved in with me, never had a spotty bum again and is now my DH.
He's now very particular about keeping clean toilet seats.

If not, could be a reaction to shampoo / shower gel? Might be worth trying something un-fragranced. Or your washing power.

Or hormonal, of course. Try which hazel gel, from superdrug etc if it's itchy.

As a PP said, you need something with a lactic/salicylic/glycolic acid in it. I’d go for the Nip and Fab extreme pads on the body.
