I feel rotten, don't know how to shift it

For the last few days I've had muscle aches, fatigue, a rattling cough, a runny nose, a temperature and an upset stomach. I really feel rotten to the point where I assumed it was covid.

Covid tests have come back negative, DH has similar symptoms but not as severe, his test was also negative.

Good news that it's not covid but how do I shift whatever it is? I've been taking paracetamol to help with the aches and temp but I don't feel like it's doing much. I've been keeping up on my fluid intake and eating when I feel like it. I love my food so this is a big change too.

I know it's probably just a bug and it'll run it's course but 19 month old DS doesn't get the idea of leaving mummy alone because she feels like death warmed up so any tips to power through would be much appreciated.
