Rushing pain in head when standing up

Does anyone else have this...if I suddenly stand up or move I sometimes get a rush it my head, like a throbbing headache that only lasts a few seconds but it quite painful. I'm hoping it's just through standing up quickly or migraine but starting to get a bit worried. Any one else have this?

Could be POTS?

I get weird head sensations from movement that sometimes make me feel a bit dizzy. They're very hard to describe. There's often a kind of throbbing and a feeling of pressure behind my ears. Sometimes mine are triggered by moving my head, sometimes by moving my arms. Sometimes the weird foggy head lasts all day, other times just a few moments.

After a lot of years being baffled by this I think I've diagnosed it myself as coming from a minor nerve impingement in my neck (had an MRI last year).

I've not had b/p done for a while but it has always been okay when I had it done.

@YellowSunshineSky that's exactly like what I have and I have had the feeling probably for years but just noticed it more recently

@WinterWonderLight another thing to look at on google would be CFS. Probably not that but thought I'd mention it in case.

Have you talked to your GP about it?
