Really after some advice . Every month or so I have a couple of days of flu like symptoms - joint pain headache etc . It's been going on gif a couple of years and is now getting me down . I'm 51 so not sure if this is menopausal or due to my thyroid ( I don't have one and am on thyroxine ) . Any ideas as to what this may be would be great thank you !
