Painkiller side effects

I took a painkiller this morning as I had super bad toothache. It was only one as it was prescribed after I had my baby for moderate to severe pain and contained codeine which I've never had an issue with before.

It kicked it a couple of hours later but ever since, I have felt horrific!

Extremely tired, every muscle aches and feels weak, I feel almost dizzy / disorientated

I took the painkiller at 7am so thought by now I'd feel better.

Anyone else ever had side effects like this?

Are you sure it was the painkiller? Could it be that you have a dental infection?

@MartyHart I think so yes. I took a different painkiller a few weeks ago and I had the same affect (I sound like I take them all the time lol, I don't 😂)

The toothache has subsided a little now and I haven't taken any painkillers since that one this morning and im still feeling horrendous 😖

Allergy? You can suddenly become allergic to things that didn't bother you before
