I've noticed a lump on my boyfriends testicle. It's a relatively new relationship and I didn't want to scare him by over examining but tiwce now I could of sworn I felt a hard lump. I have to bring this to his attention any ideas on how I breach the subject? He's massively stressed at the minute and I don't want to worry him, it may well be nothing but definitely needs looked at.
