Paracetamol overdose/Dental pain

I've already posted a thread but this problem is ongoing. Long story short, I had a tooth extracted 4 days ago and it started to heal normally. 2 days ago the pain got worse and I'm convinced I have an infection. I also accidentally overdosed on paracetamol for 4 days as the pain was so bad. Went to A&E and had checks done - everything seems to be fine. I'm just not allowed to have paracetamol for the next few months. I have a few questions:

  1. Can I still have antibiotics for this infection? I'm worried the antibiotics might have a negative affect considering all the paracetamol I've had recently. Or is it unrelated?
  1. As of this morning, my face is visibly swollen where the extraction was whereas it wasn't swollen before. Why is this? Is it related to the infection?
  1. There seem to be some white spots under the teeth on the gum next to the extraction site. What could this be?

Thanks in advance

  1. paracetamol and antibiotics don't interact with each other
  1. sounds like further inflammation/infection
  1. same as above. try to get seen.
