Compression headaches

Since June last year, I've been suffering with headaches. This coincides with starting my job during the pandemic and having to wear a tight fitting FFP3 mask and wearing a face mask all day which pulls on my ears as well as wearing my glasses. It feels like a constant dull but very uncomfortable pushing / pressure on my occiput area which extends down to my neck and sometimes up to my temple but mainly on the right side. Sometimes I struggle to hold my head upright, feeling that my head is too heavy for my neck.
I've done a bit of Googling which suggests it could be compression headaches, but also says that it should ease within an hour of removing the trigger. I've had this one since Wednesday and paracetamol and ibuprofen aren't touching it. Ive been to the chemist this morning who suggested co-codamol.
Does anyone have any experience on this? Or advice? What can I do, other than stop wearing masks / my respirator, which obviously I need for my job.

Where is the pain? Is it in one place?

It's worse in one place, just to the right of the base of my skull, but it radiates up to my temple and right down my neck.

Try wearing the elastic looser, with a strap around the back. It takes the pressure off your ears.

I'm going to start wearing the tie masks day to day, but my respirator sits tight on the back of my head in the exact spot that's the most painful.

Could it be a migraine? I get pain all on one side in my temple, and base of my skull and going down my neck to my shoulder.

I don't think it's a migraine. I don't usually suffer with them and I have none of the other symptoms of a migraine. It's just this pushing feeling at the back of my head.

Migraines don't always present with flashing lights and vomiting. I don't get those but do have very painful headaches that don't go with paracetamol or ibuprofen. Have seen a neurologist and had it diagnosed.
Was just a thought.

I think I may need to go to the doctors and get fobbed off and see what they say. I need to wear the respirator for my job but I can't have days of a headache after I've done so
