Have you had colonic irrigation / hydrotherapy?

Hello, has anyone had this done, and would you rate it?
Fancy a clear out

I have IBS and used to have a course of colonics when having a flare up. Not needed any for years though now. It used to be the only thing that helped with the IBS.

I had a colonic irrigation a few years back. It was good, it felt like I was “cleared out”. All I remember was my belly being very jelly like afterwards, when previously it had been quite hard.

I would do it again.
