So need an appointment as my denture has snapped. Can still use it .
Called my usual dentist. I've been taken off the books. Not my bloody fault the world turned to shit!
So no nhs only private. So as I'm desperate and no other dentists near I've had to go private.
£55 for a check up. Paid up front. That's before I even get my denture fixed!
I've been in touch with a denture repair person but apparently needs to be sorted with dentist.
I've also lost weight so denture doesn't fit properly.
My appointment is AUGUST!
I know I'm lucky to get an appointment, but wow!
I can't eat properly without the denture falling out and using a hell of a lot of fixadent.
Just want to rant about it 😫

Sorry to hear that. You should be able to see a private dentist more quickly than that despite Covid.
Maybe try a different private practice rather than an NHS dentist insisting you go private because they have removed you from their NHS list?
The main benefit of going private is that they value your business and actually want to help you...for a price of course.
