Help me read my prescription

Hello all. I'm trying to order a spare pair of glasses and I've dug out my prescription but it's printed funny and I can't understand it, I was expecting it to be written like +0.25 for example.

Can anyone translate this please 🤓🥸

Looks like it's not printed in the correct boxes. Maybe phone the optician to clarify

My best guess is:
RIGHT
-3.25 +0.25 Axis 15
LEFT
-1.50 +0.25 axis 170

Yeah they admitted they had an issue with their printer but they'd charge me £3.50 to post it to me. Which I know isn't much but hoping to avoid paying

Thanks I'm going to see if I can find an older prescription and see if it's similar to your interpretation and if it is you must be right :)
