Help

Hi everyone, I am desperate for some advice please, it would be greatly appreciated as I'm so stressed over this. I've been getting what seem to be bites on my lower leg, no where else, just my left lower leg, they aren't itchy and almost look like spots as some of them have popped like a spot, I've checked my mattress for signs of bugs and I can't find any signs, I've hoovered and steamed the mattress and bed, boil washed the sheets etc but during early this evening I've got 3 more bites on my leg. I will attach a picture if anyone could give their opinion on what it could be. Thank you In advance!

Fleas - do you have a cat/dog?

I thought fleas too. Living in carpet, jumping up to bite lower leg.

I have a dog with quite long fur and she is most certainly due some flea drops now. These popped up just this evening, my skin wasn't exposed either so im confused, worried and feeling so self conscious, especially as it's summer :(

Also whenever my dog comes near me, my whole body feels irritated, not the spots itself but just very itchy everywhere.
