Do I need to "do" anything?

I had a buy of a tumble whilst running yesterday. I did get my hands down to take a lot of the impact, but also managed to land flat on my face. Have a very bruised and grazed nose and sore shoulders from the impact, but seem to have got away without any real injury.

However, I have a dreadful headache this morning which I assume is related.

Just take some paracetamol and wait for it to pass? I haven't had anything else I'd link to concussion symptoms.

Apropos various threads here about GP pressure personally I would take paracetamol and see if it passes. If it didnt pass in a few hours/with paracetamol and plenty of fluids and no screen time I’d consider googling the NHS concussion advice. Which basically says stay at home and rest for a minor head injury.

Shine a light in your eyes and if the pupils change size on either side then you're likely ok if they start looking odd call 111 or your GP for advice.

If you start vomiting go to A&E
