Single M, M and R vaccines for DS when I am pregnant

We MUST get these doen soon - I have been putting it off.

I am 23 weeks pregnant.
DOes anyone know whether it is totally fine for him to have these vaccinations when I am pregnant?

I had the measles vaccine aged 2, rubella vaccine aged 10 and had mumps as an illness when I was a toddler.....
