Urinary incontinence

Is it possible to suffer urine leaks that are so small that you don't really realise that it is happening? I know that sounds a bit odd, but every night my underwear and trousers smell a bit of urine and overtime my knickers develop "bleach stains" (dark orange/red on black underwear). I don't have noticeable bladder leak in that I feel my self wee or that my knickers have wet patches. I try to be scrupulous with my personal hygiene but it doesn't seem to make any difference and I'm worried that others can also smell it.

Absolutely. Its much more common than fully emptying your bladder into your pants.

Have you had children? It might just be that a few kegels are in order. Have a look at the NHS Squeezy app. It can give you a programme to do and set reminders for you to do them.

Also try and make sure that you're fully relaxed on the loo and not rushing.

The staining could be from the acidity in vaginal discharge.
