Breast implants

My daughter is going to have implants next week. She’s only going up two sizes. She has v small breasts and has been thinking about this for ten years.
I have said I will take her, wait and bring her home.
I’m really quite worried about driving her home afterwards. She will have had a GA and it’s day surgery. Is it safe for her to be discharged same day?
What if she has some sort of adverse reaction afterwards when we’re on the way home?
I really don’t want her to have this done but she is nearly 30 and has researched very well, and as I say she’s been wanting it for ten years so not a hurried decision.
I’m just so worried about her.

I would recommend looking on the website of the company who are doing the surgery to answer any questions you have. Or BAAPS. Or speak to your daughter?

@Twospaniels

Many people have a GA and are discharged that day so don’t worry about that.

But they must have some one to take them home. And they might be pooped for a few days.

Drugs used for GA leave the body fairly quickly , she will not be discharged unless she is fully awake and able to do everything independently, please don't worry
You just need to monitor and help her get any analgesics she needs or a drink or snack
She'll be a bit uncomfortable so may appreciate you dry shampooing or brushing her hair for a couple of days
Think about clothing ... loose comfortable easy access tops especially
Jealous she's getting her boobs done even though I am old
