Ferritin + interpreting blood test results

I had blood tests recently as I’ve been feeling unusually tired. They’ve mostly come back normal - thyroid, full blood count, liver function etc - except for two results:

Ferritin is low (20 ug/L). I’ve been taking gentle iron tablets daily for about a year, so not sure what supplements I should be taking and can’t get a doc appt (even over the phone!) to discuss for 3 weeks. Any ideas on how to boost my ferritin levels in the meantime?

The other ‘abnormal’ result was serum urea level 1.5 mmol/L. A quick google says this is something to do with kidney function. Any ideas on what it could mean?
