For goodness sake will someone tell me how to get rid of this blummin itch for once and for all?! I've been using lamisil once a lot more than once, bathing it in Epsom salts, and spraying my shoes. It. Will. Not. Go.

Have to say mine only went after I took a course of anti fungal tablets for a fungal toenail infection. But apparently they can cause liver damage, so not to be taken lightly.

I get this every summer, I've tried everything from the chemist and nothing has worked. However, I got foor repairing cream from tropic for my cracked heals and stuck some on the athletes foot too. Cleared it up in a few days so now as soon as I see any sign of it I reach for the tropic and it keeps it at bay.

This was my experience as well , I had very extensive athletes foot that seemed resistant to all the OTC treatments .

T for toesfrom lush cleared up my chronic athlete's foot that I'd had all my adult life.

Stop feeding it. Cut added sugar out of your diet. In the meantime, try Canesten hydrocortisone cream.

Daktarin powder spray. Worked for me when the canesten cream didn’t for some reason.
