Piles in the heat

Anyone else find that piles are worse in the heat ?
Mine don’t normally bother me unless I have a dodgy bum, but today they are out and sore !!

Freeze some dampened sanitary towels for hot days.

are you drinking enough water? If you're a bit dehydrated then that could be making them worse when you go to the loo

I could well be, I don’t t drink water.
Putting cream on twice a day with little improvement.
