I fell directly onto my back a few weeks ago, went to the hospital had an x-ray and nothing showed up.
But it's not getting any better it's in my lower back and pain killers are not helping, I'm very constipated and feel numb in my groin area even with the pain in my back.
I'm going to try and get as phone appointment with my gp but I had no luck last week in getting an appointment.
I'm not sure what else I can do to help myself.
Has anyone else have any ideas on how to ease the pain?
