I posted a previous thread wondering what this could be for my bf, but it only seems to be getting bigger but is not itchy or causing pain.

Looks like it to me but I'm no doctor. I'd try some Daktarin cream and see if it clears up and if not see a nurse/ GP. Or show a pharmacist that picture.

Wash towels after each use and clean clothes every day. Wash hands - shouldn't be hard at the moment Grin

Looks suspiciously like it.
Get some 1% clotrimazole cream -cheaper than Daktarin. Home bargains sell it or chemists own brand

Yes, looks like ringworm. I had it last year, went to pharmacist who gave some cream (can't remember name) but it did take about 2 weeks to go

This looks exactly like what I have on the inside thigh of one of my legs. Not sore or itchy. I tried various over the counter fungal creams but no change. Had to send pictures to GP who initially prescribed a steroid cream. No change. Sent more pictures and now got anti fungal tabs, yes, the ones they give for fungal nail infection. Terbinofine, a month’s course. Had to have a blood test first to check my liver was ok, but I did take for three months in the past for fungal nail infection and was fine. Now halfway through the course but I don’t think they have made any improvement to the patch. I and the GP think it may be ringworm. If this does not clear it up I will insist on a face to face appointment. Very odd.

Is it itchy? I agree with using topical anti-fungal cream, but it can take ages to go. I've had ringworm three times and it has always been itchy and taken a long time to clear up.

Me eczema sometimes looks like that when it starts on some areas like chest or leg.

I had something like this which was wrongly diagnosed as ringworm but was actually Pityriasis rosea. It started with a ringworm like mark on the trunk of my body (the herald) and later I broke out into lots of smaller spots/rashes. I think it eventually went away on its own.

Granuloma Annulare is what it looks like to me. Worth getting the gp to diagnose.
