I just feel bleugh. I remember the days when bugs were bugs. This is just so nondescript, despite my above in depth description .

DH and I had this. Lasted a couple of days, bad head, not diohrea (also sp!) but bad stomache. It was a strange annoying illness. Typically I had it Thursday evening (work Tues-Thurs) to Saturday.

bozza · 20/11/2007 14:37

Stomache? What's that then? Stomach that aches?

pirategirl · 20/11/2007 14:40

Yes I did - was in bed very early Friday night and had very lazy day Saturday. Think DH might have had runs - he is more susceptible - but I didn't bohter asking.

oliveoil · 20/11/2007 14:49

I have this

but am always tired so nothing new there

also had mulled wine at lunch in square so that may have contributed to headache

felt awful yesterday

peanuthead · 20/11/2007 15:20

well that clears up my two rubbish days last week then - when i had a splitting headache, weird bowels and felt so tired i ached...

although dh jsut walked in and said "but that's your life"

pirategirl · 20/11/2007 19:05

yes its the dreaded 'oh i feel rough but not sure what it is but it seems widespread'virus

Oh yes. I've had it, amongst many others this autumn/winter. There are some stinkers around - hope you feel better soon.

ekra · 20/11/2007 20:53

Yes. Although my two DDs had it without Diahorrea and instead vomitted sporadically over the course of a few days. They kept seeming better, then they'd be complaining of stomach ache or they'd be sick again.

DD2 finally seems to be better (fingers crossed) after 5 days of it.

And now I feel like I have some version of it as I have had an on again/off again stomach ache, feel ludicrously tired every day (more than usual) and this evening I have a headache.

It is very weird.

yogimum · 20/11/2007 21:11

I had it a couple of weeks ago, didn't vomit but felt lousy. Thankfully ds or dh didn't get it.

pirategirl · 21/11/2007 18:16

i went all day feeling ok and thought, ah weird bug has gone, but this evening feel rotten, and the headache thing is back.

I could sleep for a week!!
