Circular red marks on legs?

Hi, I’ve had been having these circular patches flare up on my lower legs regularly over the last 3 months. Can be extremely itchy but no idea what caused them!

They look like bites.

Flea bites.

discoid exzema?

I would say urticaria (i have it badly). Is there any apparent trigger? Do you get itching inside your mouth etc?

I have both massive allergies to grass and idiopathic urticaria which is often brought on by stress and manifests itself in patches like that (and bigger) and facial swelling.

I don’t think bites as they are always in the same place and never really disappear? Just flare up if

Good luck! Mine yielded easily to steroid cream and so far hasn’t come back …
