Is asthma worse in winter or summer?

Still feeling a bit breathless from my stress earller but don't think an inhaler would help.

Mine's worse when the weather is damp, so mainly Autumn and Spring for me.

dd2's worse in autumn/winter. Seems to be affected by central heating going on, dryer, less well ventilated areas.

depends on the sufferer and what their triggers are.

Cold is a big one in this household (all asthmatic). Sudden shocking cold.

BUt then dp's allergies also make his worse in summer as well.

It does vary.

Me = cold weather/wind

DB = pollen

My asthma is defo worse in the winter. In fact it is quite bad at the minute and I have had to use my reliever quite a lot lately.
