Any idea what this is?

For the last year or so I’ve been getting intermittent headaches with fatigue, slightly runny nose, fullness in ears, face and feeling rubbish. This lasts for around 2 days on average and occurs every 2 weeks or so. I’m just on a 4 day stretch of feeling pants now. The headaches and fatigue are the worst features.

I’ve had allergy tests, baseline blood tests, including coeliac test, (all normal) and I’ve been seen by an ear nose and throat specialist and a scan of my sinuses shows mild inflammation in one area but nothing else. I’ve also done a covid antibody test and do regular LF tests and all normal. Help! It’s driving me round the bend.

I’m 49, healthy BMI (although seem to now be piling on the weight!) , good diet, non smoker etc

Any ideas or anyone have anything similar?
