Folate levels

Posted in chat but didn’t realise there was a health section. My folate level is 1.5
Is this very low

Yes. Do you feel unwell? Mine was 3.1 and I felt horrendous

Not really no this was a discharge summary from the mental health hospital I was in my GP was meant to follow up and give me medication they never did. This was six months ago and I’ve only just found out. I’ve googled and apparently it can’t sort its self out. I do keep getting pins and needles though.
