Please help me any ideas

Having some neurological issues namely tingly hands and cold feeling feet. Mega fatigued like I've never known. Feel like walking through treacle but also very mentally fatigued and massively unmotivated like never before
It's like I'm absolutely catatonic
I have a gp appointment for a load of bloods but any ideas
Had covid in December

I've had all these symptoms and more with low ferritin. Worth checking that.

I would say b12 deficiency.. this would be picked up in a blood test, easy to rule in or out.
