Private wart removal recommendations

My husband has a wart on his hand that is really bothering him. He’s tried cryotherapy and over the counter treatments and neither works. Basically he just wants to pay for somewhere to surgically remove it or laser it off but it seems really hard to find anywhere that will do it. Most private healthcare websites I’ve looked at say they go away on their own so they don’t offer anything, or they only offer cryotherapy which we know doesn’t work. Has anyone managed to get a wart successfully removed surgically or with laser therapy and if so where did you go?

No experience with warts on hands but DS had very persistent verrucas which didn't work with cryotherapy so the podiatrist suggested microwave therapy. It took a few treatments and wasn't cheap but it did get rid of them. The Swift website states that it is for podiatry and dermatology so I guess that would include warts on hands.

As I understand it a lot of treatments aim to damage the wart so the body can finish off the job, but I don't know why microwaves worked and freezing didn't. Maybe it was more thorough or deeper into the skin.

There's a 'find a clinic' function on the website.
