Hi Ladies, I’m concerned about a mark on my breast and hope someone can give me some advice/reassurance.
Yesterday, I had one glass of cider with lunch and had extreme pain in my breasts. This had happened to me before for a while back in 2017 - which is when I stopped drinking then fell pregnant/had a baby in 2018 and haven’t had much alcohol since. I thought it was strange/random for the exact same pain to come back all of a sudden, but didn’t think much of it considering it’s happened before in the past.
However this time, when I got home I noticed a small circle sized rash on my left breast with a light red dot to the side of it. At first I thought it could of been from my bra, but where the rash/dot is my bra wouldn’t come up that high and it would only be the soft lace fabric leaning against it.
It’s painless, flat against my skin and definitely not a pimple. It’s out of the ordinary for my skin which is why I’m concerned because it’s still there now, and of course Google hasn’t helped my nerves at all.
I’m going to try attach photos for reference. I’m 23 years old and am a size 34F. Any help is greatly appreciated.. thank you!
